Water Reliability 2020 Program

Community infrastructure management is complex -- and requires a large portion of tax dollars to provide for transportation, safety and security, as well as adequate communications, food... and water.  Fresh water is a precious commodity - especially in communities that thrive on modern agriculture and also host huge mega-cities.  That's california.

The water supply is only part of a community's infrastructure solution.  How water is used is critical.  How it is distributed, priced, reused and reused again -- those are all important water use issues.  California is a leader in agricultural   innovation, as well as in allocation and recycling fresh water.  This video explains how H20 is both big business -- and a big consumer issue.
